This activity has been submitted to the Ohio Nurses Associa­tion for approval to award contact hours. The Ohio Nurses As­sociation is an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. (OBN-001-91)

Criteria for successful completion: Prior to the learning activi­ties there are no required items to complete. To obtain full contact hours for CNEs, you need to complete the entire con­ference and an evaluation. No partial credit will be awarded. There are no conflicts of interest for planners, presenters, fac­ulty, authors, and content reviewers.
